Blue Resourcing offers a range of options by which you may engage our services. But, regardless of the options you choose, our approach will deliver the following benefits:
- Our own deep, first hand experience of selecting and managing consulting resources
- Our access to an extensive pool of experienced resources (via our contact network)
- Our proprietary online tools for diagnosing your project requirements and matching these to candidate competencies
- Our objective analysis of potential candidates' relative fit against skills
- Our most cost effective rates in the industry
In addition to these "global" benefits, Blue Resourcing offers you two distinct ways in which we may help you meet the needs of your consulting project.
Two Paths to Meeting your Resoucing Needs
Blue "Managed Service" Path
The first option we offer is a comprehensive Managed Service that allows you to devote maximum attention to the all-important client-facing aspects of an engagement. Under this Managed Service arrangement, Blue Resourcing will attend to all aspects of staffing and onboarding exemplary consulting resources. In fact, after you have approved our recommended resources, your next contact with them may be to set your expectations for deliverables and give them the "GO" to begin work.
Blue "Agency" Path
The second option we offer is our value-added Agency approach. This approach provides you a most economical source of consulting staff - but with the value-added benefit that the only candidates you see will have passed through our proprietary process of competency matching. Their consulting capabilities are already correlated to a detailed model of your consulting project requirements.
After you approve a consulting candidate, you assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of that resource. This Agency approach might be appropriate when you have more time available or need to manage a smaller team.
Choices of Either Plan
By whichever path you obtain your consulting resources you have further options that may be exercised to meet short-term contingencies or longer-term objectives.
- Resources may be retained on a one/three/six month basis (at your satisfaction) to meet project stage, phase or task requirements.
- New resources may be brought onboard - with new skill sets more appropriate at subsequent project stages.
- Any resource(s) for whom you see a longer-term need may be offered the opportunity of a permanent relationship with your organization.
